President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:32pm.

Corrections to Sept Minutes: None.

 

“Notice to all:  Please CLEANUP after your dog(s) as you walk them through the neighborhood!”

 

Treasurer’s Report – presented by Randa Murray. Information as of October 31, 2009.

• See attached dues delinquency report.
• Income was $3,525.89; Expenses were $6,936.49; Account Balance is $81,138.31.
• Late homeowners’ dues will be sent to collections again this year.

 

Architectural Control Committee

• 7300 Deep Well Ct. requested to add on to existing garage. Approved.

 

Maintenance Committee

• R. Murray reported that L. Frazier replaced dogwoods, added rocks to control drainage, fixed fence boards, and picked up trash.

 

Old Business

• For those who have other garbage services and had paid for the entire year, now is the time to switch to ID! Charges per month are: $11.50 for trash, $3.95 for recycling, and $5.25 for yard waste (Apr 1–Jan 15). No fuel fees will be added.
• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.

 

New Business

• Damage to the fence boards and median on Stone Brook were due to a car accident. The driver’s insurance will be covering the repairs.
