President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $154.53; Expenses were $4175.97; Account Balance is $73,800.64.
?• Six liens were applied to properties and will show on next report.

Guest Speaker: LMPD Officer R. Duke spoke about the benefits of a Neighborhood Watch Program, which puts a line of communication in place to alert residents of crime and suspicious activity. Common mistakes made by homeowners that can lead to theft were also discussed. He also left us with a few tips that are backed up by Metro Ordinance on how to be a good neighbor?…
Pick up after your pet & keep it on a leash
Don?’t allow your pet to disturb others with constant barking
Don?’t park your vehicles in your yard
Be courteous when parking on street, don?’t block driveways or traffic flow
Watch your speed
Cut your grass
Don?’t leave trash in your yard
Trim your trees

Architectural Control Committee
?• No requests were made.
Maintenance Committee
?• Rock work was required after the yard sale.
?• Light at entrance was replaced.
?• Dogwoods have required extra watering.
?• Island on Harrodwood will be mulched.
?• It has been noted that the shrubs on each side of the bridge on Huntsman are unattractive due to varying heights. The residents that are trimming these are requested to discuss the height to try to even them out in the future.

?• None.
New Business
?• Some residents have complained that their ID garbage bills went up significantly. Donnie Ray will contact ID regarding this.
?• Homeowner on Stone Brook is asked not to keep boat parked in front yard.
?• Contact your Zone Director if you would like something addressed at the Annual Meeting.

?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
