President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:36pm.

?“Notice to all: Please CLEANUP after your dog(s) as you walk them through the neighborhood!?”
At the July meeting, Louisville Metro Police 7th Division?’s Resource Officer, as well as the Commander or Sector Lieutenant, will be there to discuss crime prevention, burglary, theft and any problems going on in the neighborhood. Please come for advice and to ask any questions!

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $696.48; Expenses were $3351.90; Account Balance is $77,822.08.
Architectural Control Committee
?• 7301 Deep Well Ct ?– request to build a new garage. Approved.
?• 7408 Fieldstone ?– request to add onto existing 2 car garage. Approved.
Maintenance Committee
?• Two white dogwoods have been planted in median. Begonias and mulch have been put into beds.
?• Concrete and stonework have been damaged along the median, as well as on a few of the islands.
?• Gas lights at the entrance were cleaned. The burned out spotlight will be replaced.
?• Discussed future improvements that need to be done to the island landscaping on Harrodwood Ct.
?• Street sign at Old Boundary & Springhouse was worked on but will be straightened more when ground is dry.
Old Business
?• The yard sale was once again a success and planned again for next year.
?• There are still problems with roaming dogs. Please call Metro Animal Services if needed : 363-6609
New Business
?• Prices will be obtained for printing new by-laws booklets for homeowners.
?• There has been vandalism in the neighborhood, especially along Fieldstone. Please keep your eyes open and call the 7th Division to report anything that you witness or to have a report taken.
?• Please watch for the safety of children playing in the street! There have been complaints of speeding, as well as unattended small children not paying attention to traffic.
REMINDERS
?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
