Gene Byrd called the meeting to order at 7:34pm.

?•Income was $1357.48;
?•Expenses were $10,451.40;
?•Account Balance is $84,540.52.
Architectural Control Committee
?•7407 Springhouse ?– Request for a shed. Approved.
?•Contact your Zone Director with any plans so that it may be presented to the Board.
Maintenance Committee
?•Weed control has been put on all planting beds.
?•PLEASE DO NOT PUT SIGNS ON THE STOP SIGNS & POLES. Tape has pulled paint off of them.
Old Business

?•110 plastic mailboxes were ordered in early March and should arrive in a few weeks. Installation will occur when weather permits.
?•Neighborhood Yard Sale: Saturday, May 13, 2006.
?•Junk Pickup for I.D. customers: Monday, May 15, 2006.
?•REMINDER TO SIGN UP FOR GARBAGE SERVICE WITH I.D. We still need residents to switch their service to be able to reach the percentage needed to lock in on rates. Once a week pickup w/2 90 gal. carts is $10.95 per month. Recycling and yard waste are also cheaper than other providers. Please call I.D. at 638-9000 and mention that you live in Farmgate.
?•Vacant Zone Director positions: Zones 6 & 9. Please attend next meeting if interested in filling position.
?•For those who owe dues, monthly payments may be made. Mail checks to FHA, PO Box 91115, Louisville, KY 40291.

New Business
?•The removal of 3 shrubs in the bed at the front entrance and replaced with red begonias this spring was motioned, seconded, and passed.
?•Payment for an ad in the Courier Journal and a rented sign for the yard sale was motioned, seconded, and passed.
?•Several homeowners paid late dues and will be removed from the delinquency list.
