President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray. Information as of Oct. 31, 2008.
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $2303.21; Expenses were $5659.18; Account Balance is $85,083.16.

Architectural Control Committee
?• No requests were made.

Maintenance Committee
?• L. Frazier reported to Randa Murray that the old tree near the farmhouse has been removed. A new dogwood has been planted in the median and the sinkhole at Huntsman/Old Boundary was filled and reseeded.

Old Business
?• Zone 5 has a new zone director. Rodney Zeller was nominated, seconded, and voted in. Thanks to Rodney for offering his time.
?• Zone 3 has been vacant but now has been filled by the appointment of Melinda Patterson, who has been covering zone 5. Thanks Melinda!
?• The Vice President position is still vacant. If anyone is interested in filling it, please attend the next meeting.
?• Late dues have been turned in by quite a few homeowners. Turning the remainder over to collections will be occurring.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.

New Business
?• A home on Huntsman had an attempted break-in and was reported to the police. Please watch out for your neighbors and report any activity.
