Metro Councilman James Peden spoke at the start of the meeting. The Beulah Church/Fegenbush intersection project is still in the works. Studies are still being done to finalize the plans. Peden may need us to voice our opinions regarding plans for a concrete barrier island that would prevent us from taking left turns into businesses such as the Karate bldg and the BP gas station. He also informed us that there have been zone request changes made for mini warehouses/storage units to be put in behind the old Kmart and for a Rite Aid to be built in front, on the left hand side of the old Kmart.
