President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:36pm.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $1278.61; Expenses were $5237.76; Account Balance is $77,996.24.
Architectural Control Committee
?• 7505 Saddle Horse-request for sunroom to be built over existing deck. Approved.
?• 7300 Stone Mill- request not submitted for approval of deck.
Maintenance Committee
?• L. Frazier repaired stone pillar at entrance, cut up brush on communal property, planted flowers, and put down grass seed in median. He noted that more gas mantles will need to be replaced.
?• Frank Otte finished landscaping the island on Harrodwood.
?• It was requested that the island on Farmhouse be trimmed.
Old Business
?• In the end, the proposed directory/by-law book did not have an overwhelming response. It was decided to just print the by-laws, map, and business ads.
?• The yard sale was once again a success and will be planned again for next year.
?• HOA banking accounts are still in the process of being transferred to Edward Jones.
?• Be sure to check your ID garbage bills for any errors. Call ID for any credit due.
?• Zones 5 & 9 are both being represented by homeowners that live in different zones. If a homeowner from either zone wishes to hold the director?’s position, he/she will need to come to a meeting to be nominated. In the meantime, Melinda Patterson and Rhonda Engler are graciously filling the spots. The position of an ?“acting?” zone director will be addressed at the annual meeting.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.
New Business
?• The positions of Vice President and Zone 3 Director are now vacant. Suzanne Tischendorf resigned from both positions due to moving. We thank her and wish her well in her new home! If anyone would like to fill either position, please attend the next meeting.
?• Please watch out for your neighbors! A house was broken into recently on Harrodwood.

?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
?• IF YOU NOTICE A STREET LIGHT PROBLEM, CALL LG&E @ 589-3500.
