President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

?“Notice to all: Please CLEANUP after your dog(s) as you walk them through the neighborhood!?”

Reminder: Homeowner?’s Dues of $125.00 will be owed by August 1, 2009.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray. Information as of April 30, 2009.
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $1513.45; Expenses were $5,788.38; Account Balance is $77,008.43.

Architectural Control Committee
?• No requests were made.

Maintenance Committee
?• L. Frazier has planted 2 dogwoods, replaced the flags and burned out bulbs in spotlight, trimmed shrubs, and collected trash. Two more dogwoods will have to be replaced in the fall.
?• A vote was taken and passed to complete some cleanup in the bridal path to comply with Department of Codes and Regulations.

Old Business
?• A copy of the ID garbage contract in March?’s minutes resulted in several homeowners making the switch. If you do not use ID, please consider doing so.
?• A vote was taken and passed to contract with Highview Hardware for snow removal on streets and courts that have not already been treated by the city when accumulation is over 2 inches.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.

New Business
?• Rodney Zeller, Zone 5 Director, was voted to be the Vice President. Thanks Rodney for agreeing to fill this position!
?• District 23 Night at Louisville Bats Game July 28 & 29 at 7pm. Call James Peden?’s office at 574-1123 for up to 4 free tickets, hot dog, & drink.
