President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:34pm.

ID Garbage is our preferred service. Special low rate of $11.50 per mo. Call 638-9000. No sign up fee and 2 free 90 gal cans provided. *Please refer to the attached copy of the new contract.
Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray. Information as of Feb. 28, 2009.
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $933.70; Expenses were $4,389.34; Account Balance is $81,283.36.
?• Some money from past dues has been turned over by the collection agency.
?• Accounts have been transferred to Edward Jones from PNC.
Architectural Control Committee
?• No requests were made.
Maintenance Committee
?• Much appreciation goes out to Lynn Frazier for all the hours and hard work he and his wife put towards cleaning up the ice storm debris and fixing the fence!
?• The fence along Beulah Church that was damaged in a car accident has been repaired.
?• A few crabapple trees in front of the neighborhood will most likely be replaced with dogwoods.
?• Past snow removal contracts will be looked into and new estimates will be gotten. Guidelines for snow removal will be set at a future meeting once estimates are in hand.
?• A vote was taken and opposed regarding cleanup of ice storm debris along the bridal path.
Old Business
?• The Vice President?’s position still remains vacant. Please come to the next meeting if you are interested in giving your time.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.
New Business
?• Annual Yard Sale will be on Saturday, May 9th, 9:00am ?– 3:00pm.
?• ID Junk Pickup will be on Wednesday, May 13th. Please have your items out early!
?• One of the meeting reminder signs was stolen. A motion was made to replace it and was given approval.
?• Please respect your neighbors by keeping the condition of your home and the location of parked cars within the realm of the city?’s ordinances. If someone has a complaint, phone Metro Call at 311.
