President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

Corrections to November Minutes: The January meeting is a regular meeting.

ID Garbage is our preferred service. Special low rate of $11.10 per mo. Call 638-9000. No sign up fee and 2 free 90 gal cans provided. *This rate may soon change, but is still much lower than competitors?’ rates.
Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray. Information as of Dec 31, 2008.
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $4,194.48; Expenses were $4,538.64; Account Balance is $84,739.00.
?• Lawn care bids will be looked into to see if we can lower the costs. If any homeowner wishes to recommend a lawn service, please call your zone director.
Architectural Control Committee
?• No requests were made.
Maintenance Committee
?• The Christmas decorations were put out and have since been removed by Lynn Frazier. He has also fixed the light post, which was hit again, at Field Stone & Huntsman. The fence along Beulah Church was wrecked into and the repairs will be covered by the driver?’s insurance.
?• The creek behind Cabin Hill has been full of garbage lately. Please report anyone dumping.
Old Business
?• The Vice President?’s position still remains vacant. Please come to the next meeting if you are interested in giving your time.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.
New Business
?• The next Mayor?’s Community Conversation is at Moore H.S. on Feb 16 at 6:30.
?• Funds to cover a sign and newspaper ad for the Annual Yard Sale was motioned, seconded, and approved.
?• Please respect your neighbors by keeping the condition of your home and the location of parked cars within the realm of the city?’s ordinances. If someone has a complaint, phone Metro Call at 311.
