President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:32pm.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $2051.49; Expenses were $5299.64; Account Balance is $82,440.06.
Architectural Control Committee
?• No plans have been submitted at this time.
Maintenance Committee
?• Street sign at Huntsman and Fieldstone will be fixed.
?• A dead Dogwood tree was removed from the median, rocks were repaired, and brush was removed from island on Harrodwood Ct.
?• Estimate was presented for the removal of 2 trees and brush in the park area behind Farmhouse Ct. It was motioned, seconded, and passed.
?• The state has cleaned up the Sycamore tree along Beulah Church that was blocking drivers?’ views at the curve.
Old Business
?• Collection notices sent to homeowners regarding late dues.
?• Anyone interested in sponsoring a neighborhood directory, please notify your Zone Director.
New Business
?• ?“No Soliciting?” sign is missing from the Glaser entrance.
?• A few car break-ins were mentioned. Please be sure to notify the 7th Division police if anything occurs to your property. If they are aware of break-ins, extra attention can be paid to the neighborhood.
?• Please do not allow your children to sit or play atop the stone entrance walls. Damage to the stones has occurred due to this.
?• Enter the front door of the Teamsters Union Hall, on the right hand side, when attending the January meeting. The side door will be locked.

?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
?• IF YOU NOTICE A STREET LIGHT PROBLEM, CALL LG&E @ 589-3500.
