President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

?“Notice to all: Please CLEANUP after your dog(s) as you walk them through the neighborhood!?”

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Peggy Dorriety
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $2536.85; Expenses were $4080.48; Account Balance is $80,896.43.
Architectural Control Committee
?• No plans have been submitted at this time.
?• Our attorney will be contacted to check on Farmgate?’s rights concerning a property owner with land butting up to the neighborhood who wishes to connect a new driveway to Fieldstone.
Maintenance Committee
?• Street sign for corner of Huntsman and Fieldstone has been ordered.
?• Two trees in park area were removed and brush was picked up.
?• Dogwood in median will be replaced in the spring.
?• Median rock repairs will be done when weather permits.
Old Business
?• Anyone interested in sponsoring a neighborhood directory, please notify your Zone Director. Offering ads to area businesses for a directory was also an option discussed.
?• Glaser entrance ?“No Soliciting?” sign was picked up by Rose House. Repairs need to be made before it is hung back up.
New Business
?• A yard sale date, as well as an ID junk pickup date, will be made at the next meeting. If you have any suggestions and can not make the meeting, please send an email through the neighborhood website or call your zone director.
?• Keep an eye out for your neighbors! There was a house broken into on Harrodwood Ct. Call the police if any suspicious behavior is noticed.
?• Any new homeowners that wish to receive a new mailbox contact your zone director. It will only be given to homes that did not receive one before.
?• Please be considerate of your neighbors and remove any Christmas decorations that are still out.


REMINDERS
?• IF YOU PLAN TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY, CONTACT YOUR ZONE DIRECTOR, PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PROJECT.
?• KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH AND RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY BY CLEANING UP.
?• IF YOU NOTICE A STREET LIGHT PROBLEM, CALL LG&E @ 589-3500.
?• U.S. Mail delivery problems should be communicated to Connie @ 239-0110.
