Regular Meeting Minutes
May 15, 2006

President C. Sidebottom called the meeting to order at 7:32pm.

District Representative, James Peden, attended the meeting. Work on the old K-Mart building is behind schedule due to permits issued. Fegenbush Ln. widening has been pushed back to January 2008 because of availability of funds.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– Presented by Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $1,174.02; Expenses were $11,583.31; Account Balance is $74,131.23.
Architectural Control Committee
?• 7410 Fieldstone ?– request for a deck. Approved.
?• 7403 Singletree ?– request for a shed. Approved.
?• 8003 Harrodwood ?–request for privacy panels. Approval pending.
?• Contact your Zone Director with any plans, so that it may be presented to the Board.
Maintenance Committee
?• Landscaping beds in front, back and in the median have been trimmed.
?• Gene Byrd has moved and has had to resign from the maintenance position.
?• Glen Frazier was nominated, seconded and passed to replace G. Byrd. He accepted the position.
Old Business
?• The website is now up and running. Monthly minutes are available on the site, http://www.neighborhoodlink.com/louisville/farmgatehoa/main.html. Minutes may also be emailed to you. Contact Anne Ray at annesray@insightbb.com.
?• Mailboxes: delivery of mail is now to the new boxes on Cabin Hill and Old Boundary. Highview Hardware will be coming out to remove the old boxes.
?• Yard sale: positive feedback was received and we plan to make it an annual event.
?• Junk Pickup: ID truck came through around 7:00 am. Next pickup will possibly be scheduled for November. Reminder?…gas, oil, Freon, etc. can not be in anything left out.
?• Approximately 65 homes have not signed up with ID garbage. Please consider making the change for yourself, as well as for the good of the neighborhood.
?• Zone 9 Director?’s position is still vacant. Please attend next meeting if interested.
New Business
?• Zone 6: Cindy Simpson was nominated, seconded, and passed as the new director.
?• Zone 1: Gene Byrd resigned as director. Glen Frazier was nominated, seconded, and passed to replace him.
?• Both the State and American flag will be replaced. The old ones will be given to the Girl Scouts for retirement.
?• A metal quad mailbox has been ordered for Stone Brook & Beulah Church.
?• A new neighborhood directory will be discussed at next meeting.
?• Newspaper deliverer, Tyson Straub, was not informed about the mailbox changes on Cabin Hill & Old Boundary. He apologizes for any mistakes but please understand that there have been multiple boxes for several homes causing confusion in his route. Please call him at 664-5892 with any concerns or for a paper replacement. The CJ charges him $3.00 for any runs they have to make. He?’ll be happy to get you a paper.
