President Peggy Dorriety called the meeting to order at 7:31pm.

Metro Councilman Peden attended to answer any questions and update us with area info. Plans for the Beulah Church/Fegenbush intersection have been delayed indefinitely due to the state budget. The old Kmart center may include a Rite Aid and a Mexican restaurant as outbuildings.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– presented by Peggy Dorriety for Randa Murray
?• See attached dues delinquency report.
?• Income was $86.69; Expenses were $3335.80; Account Balance is $74,747.13.
Architectural Control Committee
?• 7505 Saddle Horse-request for deck. Approved.
?• 8314 Huntsman Trail-request for shed. Approved.
?• 8410 Cabin Hill- request for 5 ft to be added to width of driveway. Approved.
Maintenance Committee
?• L. Frazier ordered new gas mantels, trimmed the island on Farmhouse, and sowed grass seed in the median. He will check the new plantings on Harrodwood and the No Soliciting sign (letters peeling off) at back entrance.
?• Stone work needed on island on Farmhouse.
?• LG&E repaired street light at entrance.
Old Business
?• The new bylaws books are completed and will be passed out to homeowners.
?• VACANT POSITIONS?…please consider serving as the Zone 3 Director or Vice President. Attend the next meeting if interested!
?• HOA banking accounts are still in the process of being transferred to Edward Jones.
?• Be sure to check your ID garbage bills for any errors. Call ID for any credit due.
?• Reminder: Homeowners are capable of receiving the minutes much sooner by sending your email address to annesray@insightbb.com.
New Business
?• The Board discussed the possible use of Small Claims Court, Credit Bureau reporting, or a Collection Agency to collect delinquent dues. It is not fair to the homeowners that religiously pay their dues each year that there are so many people that choose not to pay, yet reap the rewards. Remember that dues pay for amenities such as street lights, landscaping, grass cutting, stonework, and snow removal. This subject is to be addressed at the Annual Meeting in September.
