Farrington at Lake William

Is anyone disappointed with their Caviness and Cates built home in the neighborhood?  I can't tell you how many hours I had to take off from work to have them or one of their sub-contractors come and make repairs that should've been discovered during the building process.  The funny thing is when many repairman (not the ones worked on building building my home) came by to fix my problems, they would "unofficially" admit that the quality of work was substandard.  From tile work, hardwood installation, missing screens from my windows and a flooding backyard.  Overall a very disappointing experience.  If I ever build again, the builders will come to hate me.
