Dear Homeowner with pesty cats,
I agree everyone needs to keep their pets off their neighbors yard at bathroom time.
Have you thought about getting a couple dogs? We have Siberian Huskies and
find this works very well ...and no one has to trap anything. The cats catch on right away.
Truly though, this problem is as ancient as nature herself.
I will try to keep a light heart on the matter...annoying but not really enough to ruin a day.
