At our last HOA meeting it was agreed that we would formulate a committee to explore solar options for ERL homeowners.  I volunteered to gather information and quotes from reputable companies. I have not heard from the board as to the next step.  Please advise.  I am anxiously waiting to begin.

I was wondering if you have spoken to anyone from Solar City.  I am currently working with two homeowners in your development who are exploring the opportunity of switching to cleaner, more affordable energy.  In fact I was preparing a brief to counter the associations by laws using the new Solar Access laws passed in Delaware.
