Those fences are owned by the homeowners, I would have to go to the expence to replace mine( and I have) and as far as the leases, they don't even belong to the same company anymore. I agree it would look much nicer if thye homeowners would step up and replace them! The fences have been that way for years and it is a Code Violation, it is not anyone elses responsibilt to replace the things on my property I realize there was an agreement, it nd is not going to happen so now someone should enforce City Ordinances.

I agree candy_o, it is the responsibility of the homeowner. I have replaced my fence when it was needed and paid for it out of my pocket. Ultimately, it doesn't make a difference what any of us thinks because, as stated previously by others, it is in violation of City Code. The next step is to start filing complaints against those who chose not to abide by City Code. |

I signed a lease back in October of 08 and I was told I would be receiving a check for 1429.00 within 6 weeks. I still hadn't received the check last week, so I called the company and they said my lease was one of the ones that they have decided not to pay. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there anything I can do about it? I'm being inconvienced just like the rest of the community by the drilling, but they decided not to pay me....You could say I'm a little Peeved to put it mildly! |
