The Granada Villas HOA is a disgrace to any person having been in customer service. It is supposed to be an association on OUR side yet they torment the newbies so they'll leave (this coming from a veteran homeowner). First is started with harrassment of our satellite dish, and now they forget to pay the gas bill!? I mean really, what kind of accounting department do you have? Caron Hope and Evelyn are both two of the most disgusting women i've ever had to deal with! See you at the board meeting!!

I can understand your frustration. Do you have a Mnagament Company to help with the accounting and to bring professionalism and a since of community back to your HOA? That might be something to consider. I'm so sorry to hear about your experience.
