I have a question I live in a condo on Arbory court and have had a problem lately with my water bill.  Because I don't have an outside meter for H2 Options to read they have to call me for my meter reading.  Lately I have not been getting the call and they are letting my bill become late before they are notifing me.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so how can I fix it?
