Just a tid bit....Riverbend business back used to be Newell & Newell...prior to their bankruptcy and subsequent re-organization, and since there are no barriers to the sub-division or the lake (mosquito breeder) I believe it's pretty much anything goes! I would also like to see LORT HOA By-laws, charter and insurance policy and letter from Mr. Newell. They are non-profit or not-for profit are they not....kinda research that for a living(do you really know what the south side looks like, judging from the spelling you probably do!
