I invite and encourage each and every homeowner to attend our monthly board meetings. Each homeowner is entitled to one vote and participation at these meetings allows your voice to be heard and to assume an active role in the shaping of our future. Generally speaking, our homes are our most expensive asset and we must keep our property values from depreciating. Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you at the next board meeting.

TAKE ACTION

Unfortunately,I can not attend the Assoc. meetings because of my work schedule. However, I am extremely concerned about the value of my property. Rental properties and irresponsible homeowners are destroying this community. The Assoc. must TAKE ACTION to strictly enforce the covenants. Also, street lights are in need of paint or replacement throughout the community and the lights on the Monument Landing entrance sign on McCormick NEED to be repaired. These problems are not complex! I am willing to help resolve them. Let me know what I can do. Thank You!
