To all Oprey Pointe neighbors. I am shocked that so many people did not have the vision to send a little on a community upgrade which could have made a much larger impact on your property value. Year after year , in FLorida and California , real estate has far exceeded its return on investment. People all over these states are still buying real estate , investing a bit in upgrades and then are turing around and making a profit or just have the assurance that there property value has just increased... Will we missed it folks.. I am also a strong believer of adding a security gate will also make 5 to 10 percent value increase on or property as well.

Think again next time an easy opportunity falls in your lap....
