The comunity calender lists the starting time for BungalowFest as
11:00 am. The houses open for tour at 12:00 pm. What starts at 11:00 am or is this a mistake?

Could someone perhaps post some more information about what is needed to help with the event in question? I have told several people in the previous months that I would help as my schedule permits before the event and would help the day of the event. A list of what is needed and when would help me, and others I believe, make the time to help to pull off another great event.
