Does anyone know why the house for sale by Remax on 26th and 3rd has been on the market for so long? I'm interested in it, but I'm curious to know why any house in Historic Kenwood would stay on the market longer than a couple of weeks. That is pretty unusual for the area. P.S. It'll be pretty hard to scare me away so don't be shy! Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. It might be overpriced, but it's so cheap that I think it would have to be practically falling apart for the cost to be too high. Of course, maybe you know something I don't know :)
