Historic Cats in Kenwood

Posted in: Historic Kenwood
Hi-
Hi...I know this is an old subject that seems to be revisited every once in a while, so now I'm going to vent about this problem....

I have 5 cats living outside at the house next door to me and 5 cats (outside) directly across the street. This morning I woke to discover a horrible smell coming from my porch. I went outside and found that ''someone's'' cat had sprayed my brand new screens, brand new french doors and my remodeled porch. I have cats sitting on my porch all the time. This was an enclosed porch prior to me purchasing the home so I know that it's not a routine for them. I have 2 indoor cats (spayed-THE KEY) who are going nuts with all the visitors that are not only infringing on my personal space but now destroying my property.

When I catch these cats (and I will catch them), they won't be happy little kritters. They are going to be boxed up and sent to animal control. No one seems to confess to being the owner of these cats so I am left with no choice.

I think it is absolutely DISGUSTING to have pets that roam the neighborhood freely. These animals obviously don't feel they have a place to mark as their home because if they did, they wouldn't be using my front porch.

And on that note....Merry Christmas to All.
Cats

Do what you must. I have cats around my house(not mine) and they don't bother me(except crying at night) so it dosen't bother me. If yours are problems, then they should be dealt with.

cats are everywhere

I am a animal lover BUT the ordor that can be left behind can be a problem. However this is not a solution but an alternative, if intrested, there is a neighborhood Vet that will neuter stray cats. Please respond if intrested.
