I am looking for a house in central St. Pete and have found one in Central Oak Park around Burlington and 35th St. that I like. However, I am concerned about proximity to 34th St. as it relates to crime, as well as property values. Is the Central Oak Park area a good investment at this time? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
