Correction: in checking with our codes
assistance officer I found that this is no longer considered a "codes" violation. It is a "traffic" violation.
Therefore, I will inform our Crime Watch rep, who will inform our Community Police Officer.

Codes violations...

I have a specific complaint regarding code(s) violations by a 'realtor' who supposedly is rehabing houses in the neighborhood.

I know first hand about the operational style of this company due to recently buying a house from them. Essentially, my attorney threatening legal action and my highering two inspectors who each had to make 7 different trips to this house was how I was able to get my house up to code. I still see this company's signs all through the neighborhood.

I truly understand the 'buyer beware' saying, however, this company operates with very questionable business tactics. I have also just discovered that my 'new' cha system is not new, and even though the city 'inspected' it, it is not up to code per Florida Power's technician as of two days ago.
