The undersigned Directors of the North Shore Neighborhood Association, in response to a motion passed by the general membership on June 19, 2000, are calling for a special meeting of the Board of Directors. The meeting shall be held on Monday, July 3, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 126 11th Ave. N.E. St. Petersburg, Florida. The said motion directed the Board to ask for the resignation of Steve Lange as President, or failing his willingness to tender his resignation, the Board is instructed to vote to remove him from office. Great motion! Hopefully Steve Lange will have the sense to resign before such a meeting takes place.

I agree. There is no reason for the association to be put through all this.
My guess is that there other issues that are more important and need to be tended to.
