Please take any necessary actions to support the redevelopment of the properties at 4th St. N between 8th and 9th Ave.

ADDED TO THE PRINTED PORTION OF THE POSTCARD IS A HANDWRITTEN MESSAGE WHICH STATES:

" The site is in redevelopment district.on a commercial corridor- if not here (underlined)- ? where ? North Shore can not keep everyone out they don't like. The people affected should not have bought 50'-150' from 4th Street. - what do they expect to happen here ? "

The title of the posting, "A message from our President" was not intended to be misleading. I signed the posting.

It was not a message from the president to this site. It was a communication from our president, signed as an individual, which was sent to City Council. As such, it is a matter of public record.

Can't a person(whatever his title) still have a personal opinion. He did not sign the card as president of the assoc., right? It seemed that many people in the assoc. had different views at the council meeting. Just because a vote is taken by a supposed majority, is he(By being president) not still entitled to his?
