All the president had to do is read what has been going on here on this web site to get a sense of how many of the members were feeling. I did not go to the meeting last night. I gather it was a real pathetic scene of someone out of touch completely with reality. T.H. says it right : he should resign.

So what is going on?

Rumor has it that no resignation has been made. By resigning Lang would not be admitting he was wrong, he would be admired for stepping aside and probably thanked
(as he aught to be) for all his hard work in the past. Everybody gets tired and burned out. Didn't I read in the newsletter or on this site that the
average stay on the board is two years or something like that? Or maybe I just heard it. But to try to give the guy a break, he's done more than his part and sure doesnt have to feel bad about quitting. Things change.

And the board shouldnt have to force the thing, in my opinion. It should be done in a dignified way.
