Read it folks- it is outdated and would be given an F by the governor.

It needs to be re written.

You are absolutely right in that the southern area of the neighborhood is NOT in decline. The homes that the CVS project want to mow down are in decline because our CITY has allowed them to get in that situation. Code Enforcement is a joke. It is about time that the City does something about this problem.

if NDR is out of date - then we need an up-to- date one - who's stepping up to the task of rewritting it. the "new blood" on the board? STOP CVS proponents? those who felt cut off by the "overbearing steve lange? who?

my guess is, it is easier to complain than it is to be constructive.

We will see who steps forward to help revise a document which certainly had its place but needs revision.

I hope no one is faulting Mr. Lang for helping to write the original document. He should be applauded for that. It is not, I hope, a personal attack. I did not read it that way.

But, after skimming it, I must agree
that it is too old, which is the fault of all residents who have just let it stand.

Yes, it IS easier to complain than to be constructive. So as soon as
possible people need to step forward and contribute.
