I have a lot of respect for this Neighborhood. You have been a leader among neighborhoods for years. I have used many of your neighbor's on committee's in the past year and a half because of your vast knowledge. At your request I stood with you at City Council. It's time to stop fighting...By your By- Laws you will have a meeting in the future to resolve your difference's ,but Please look at what you are doing.Your site has over 3000 hits in 6 days. The whole city, state, country and even the world is watching what you are doing. Is this what you want everyone to see neighbor fighting neighbor? It's time for a cooling off period. As always your neighbor Jim

jim - you stood by
dear jim with all due respect, you stood by and watched this happen. it is too little too late. the group that moved to and voted out our president, is the same group that insisted on fair representation for voting on cvs. greg burton, our current president insisted on having a neighborhood representation re:cvs, but he cast the tie breaker to deny the neighborhood fair representation in unseating the president. it will not settle till a president is in place that represents the majority of the neighborhood - and THE CURENT PRESIDENT does not meet that billing. MR. LANGE
You are absolutely right! Then why can't Mr. Lange just quietly take what has been given to him, cool down, then try to win the respect of the neighborhood again. Can't he see what he is doing? If he loves this neighborhood so much, then he should give it up. His argument is about his favor of CVS and that is why we are upset. NO, THAT IS NOT THE REASON! You saw his behavior at the last meeting. If it hadn't been for Mr. Lasinger, the TV, the paper, and you, he would have shown his true colors again. Lane had to quiet him down 3-4 times just at that meeting. And his behavior there was very mild-you can't even begin to understand how he was at the infamous meeting. I understand, that one of the board members mentioned that a true leader would have been able to control the meeting. Ms. Fudge stated that he had been attacked from the beginning. How does she know? She wasn't there.. she only got the story from Mr. Lange. The truth is, and he knows it as well, was that Mr. Lange started the meeting with attacks to Arlene, the secretary, and the Web site. So who started the negative atmosphere? He did. If Mr. Lange gets his Presidency back, he will surely divide this neighborhood. All for his huge ego and power. And we are supposed to support him? It's his attitude and lack of people skills that have gotten him in this embarrasing saga. You were there. Ask yourself. Did he not threaten the board right from the beginning? Why could we not have heard him address the board by apologizing and ASKING what he could do to make things better for everyone concerned instead of his normal behavior- attacking. By CARLA |
