Yes my dear, you do protest too much and too loudly. Could it be you have something to hide? My, my, we certainly have pulled those board members who are lining their pockets out of the woodwork with one little innocuous discussion. Let us dissect your comments:

Now there is certainly no need to call names. This reflects more on you than on me. Let us read on:
?“Lots of people advertise in the newsletter as a means of supporting the cost of producing and mailing it.?”
Now, I have assumed ?– perhaps wrongly ?– that the newsletter offers advertising as a means of supporting the cost of it, and people advertise to get customers. But, what you suggest is different than that, is it not? You suggest that the good board members advertise as a means of supporting the newsletter. Isn?’t that quaint?
But, you go one with your well thought out argument -

I simply do not what you mean or know what to say. You have really got me with a good one there, Anonymous. So, you continue:
''How would you propose to pay the high cost of the newsletter?''
Gee Anonymous, maybe we could go on advertising but have the Board members not advertise. Or, if we didn't pay the $2,500 e-boardmembers.com refers to then we would certainly have some money to pay for the newsletter and plan picnics with. Then you say:
?“Again, as so many people have asked you- either quit posting here or try to say something productive instead of slamming individuals all the time.?”
I don?’t believe I was slamming any individual, but you seem to have taken it as a personal affront. Again, I am simply recommending policy that would be good for the neighborhood and the board. It is a win-win deal. I?’m simply proposing an action that would insulate Board members and the community from those who wish to prosper from their involvement on the board. I wish you wouldn?’t take this so personally. I would like to hear from other, more balanced people than you. Do you have some lithium in your medicine cabinet? Try some, you?’ll feel much better.
