Claude, as you know, I have spoken with you about two North Shore postings which I felt were objectionable. Not only to me but objectionable to whomever they might have been written about. In this case they were written about me. I asked you to remove them. Not so much as to test you for your sense of fairness, which was one of my reasons, but to see if you would remove postings that met the definition for objectionable material as defined by the Terms of Use by this web site provider.
After what you stated was your review of the postings, and in light of your opinion, which you carefully stated was all that you had to go on since North Shore does not have any policy on regulating this Web Site you said that you could not remove these two postings.
Claude, while most of me thinks you are a sincere guy, my suspicious side tells me you are dealing from the bottom of the deck. Your actions Claude, speak louder than your words. And, your actions are not even handed. They clearly favor the other side at the expense of North Shore in general and me in particular. You remove postings that are offensive to the other side while leaving all those postings which abuse me.
Therefore, should the vote on October 10th go the way I think it will, your handling of this web site will become a topic of debate at the first general memebership meeting that I and others can bring it up in. I will seek to have co-editors of the web site in order to take it out of the hands of one person and I will seek out a policy, as established by the general memebership, after debate and voting, to control the abuses which are now filling up this web site. If you will not control the postings, if you will not aggressively seek a North Shore policy which would help not only North Shore but you as well, then we will do it for you.
Claude, you have waited to long. You and I have spoken about this subject many times over the last three months about this issue of controlling this web site and you have done nothing. It is your inaction which has been your most damming crime.
Now, slowly, you are being drawn into the fray because you, yes you Claude, choose to be unfair in the equal treatment of all. It was your choice. Now you must deal with the consequence of your actions.
