Implicit????? In every issue there are two sides or more. Each person and each view gets to speak. There is no mandatory obligation for anyone elected to say or do what someone else thinks he or she should say or do. Besides, according to your childish thinking, an elected individual would have to parrot every opinion of those who elected them. Now how does one do that??

You are so wrong. Go down and listen to your council person as an example. See how many votes or statements he or she makes that you agree with one hundred percent. I think you will be shocked. Plus educated.

So this means that our president susie must speak my opinion only and not yours. How is she ever going to do that? Your lines are blurred. Please rethink your point.
