Here's the agenda for the Tuesday, September 11 Board Meeting. First, we'll have a sneak preview from Paul Morris the developer of the Beach Drive/4th to 5th Avenues mixed use project. Second on the agenda is the final presentation by Dawn Miller of the townhome project for 9th Avenue and Third Street North before the B.O.A. Hearing for variances on Sept. 21. Third, there will be a proposal regarding NSN streetscaping maintenance. Fourth, there will be a proposal for cleaning and painting the neighborhood monuments. Fifth, a proposal to reduce newsletter costs. Board meetings are open to everyone, and you are encouraged to attend.
