The next NSNA Membership Meeting will be held on Monday, September 17, Westminster Presbyterian Chursh, 126 11th Avenue N.E., 7:00 p.m. social, 7:30, business. Jim O'Donnell, NSNA Treasurer, will chair this meeting because I'll be away at that time. First on the agenda is the proposed B&B Ordinance revision. Julie Weston, City Development Review Services, will speak first. A representative of the local B&B association will speak. There will be question and answer and discussion. We will make copies of the proposed revision available for members to review. There will be a reading of the proposed Ordinance for the City Council in early Oct. and a Public Hearing in Oct.--we'll keep you informed of dates and times.
Second on the agenda will be a presentation of the townhome project proposed for 9th Avenue North and Third Street.
Third is the Planning Committee update on the Neighborhood Plan and a pictoral survey of the neighborhood.
There will be announcements regarding streetscaping, painting of the monuments,newsletter changes,an update on the Group Home project, and a Candlelight Tour of Homes update.
Fall brings alot of activity and interesting issues for NSNA--Sept., Oct., and Nov. meetings will be interesting and important, so we hope to see you there.
