The empty lot at the end of Beasley Rd. and bordered by Waters Ave has been the target of several commercial developement proposals over the past few years. There is currently a proposal to build a single story office complex consisting of three residential style structures. From a passer by's point of view the complex would appear very compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. But as Pat Acre's resident you may have a more discriminating point of view.
