11. Encourage building restoration (historic preservation)
12. Semi-neglected housing (especially multi-family rental units)
13. More security/support (especially on and around school)
14. Assessment of parking (especially Penn north of school)
15. Enforcement of traffic laws (especially speed limits and stop signs)
