Family has begun explorations into gaining permission and funding to build a halfway house for parolees. Need to try to stay aware of progress of these efforts, but this will be difficult as we do not know the name of their partners in pursuing this.

directed toward the General Plan/Central District that the City Council is
moving forward and discussing. He has identified errors and discrepancies in
the General Plan, and has tried to suggest alternative approaches to consider,

Marengo at the Police Advisory Board Meetings. The meetings have recently been
switched to Thursday evenings, and may be the second Thursday of each month.
