The Board of Foothills Estates Homeowner Association would like to inform all homeowners of a possible issue with the new reservoir that is to the north of the subdivision. Please notify CMP Enterprises & Associates if you have had any of the following:
 flooding or unnatural water in your basement or home
 an increase of water your that sump-pump is putting out
 landscaping dying even though you are watering
 water or puddles on your property not caused by weather
 unusual alkaline spots on property
 other/additional information____________________________________________________

As this issue could impact utilities, we need to confirm what utility services you have and what company you are using:
