PLEASE! don't clean up the park!

If we clean up the ''park area'' and create and inviting space, due to its very secluded nature it will invite crime. If the park area was more open to the street and more visible to foot traffic someone looking for trouble would worry about being seen. But this is not the case. The park is totally surrounded by the backs of peoples property much of which is fenced. This coupled with the downward slope of the land creates the perfect hiding place for people up to no good. The home owners with property adjacent to the park would be at increased risk of break-ins and vandalism. If someone was robbing you neighbor's home through their backyard would you see it? If it was your home would your neighbor notice? Fortunately, criminals and unsupervised teens don't like chiggers and ticks either. Why tramp through tall grass and scrub brush over uneven ground when there is easier prey else where? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! don't clean up the park!
Checks and Balances

Are there any checks and balances?

#1. Who checked to see that everyone was offered the chance to vote? Neighbors say that a form was mailed... I didn't get anything but a bill... saw the signs that said yes and no on the corner, but no box to check.

#2. Who governed the ''Board'' while votes were accounted for and counted? I know a whole lot more no's in the hood then yes's. Sounds kinda fishy!

#3. If section C isn't on the plat book as even being a part of the neighborhood, then did they get to vote? Are those housed counted to decide how many makes up 2/3rds? If they aren't in the ''neighborhood'', how can they be in the HOA?

I am not just ranting... I would actually like to have answers to these questions please
