Do you know who your Block Captain is? Have you personally met and talked with him/her? Your Block Captain really does want to talk with you - send your name, address, phone number or email address and best time for him/her to contact you. You Are the Eyes, Ears, and Voice of CMPD

Did you know that you can do more to prevent crime than you think - all you have to do is use 911. If you think what you see is suspicious - call 911. The police are better equipped to handle strange behaviour than you and I.

Get to Know Your Neighbors

Get to know your neighbors, the ones to your right and to your left; the three closest houses across the street and the three or four houses behind you. You will then know when something is not right and when to involve the police.
