REmind us: What are the HOA funds being spent on specifically?
In the December issue of the newsletter it was mentioned that HOA funds will be increased in 2009 and that payments maybe at some point payable online.
Payments may also be made in two parts. I suggest 3 payments. We all want to do our part in paying our HOA and preventing late payment fees.
As we all know if we had the $ to pay in one lumpsome we would, why attach late fees. For those of us that are having a difficult time I suggest possible late fee after 3rd payment is due and not paid (5 days grace period.
