I see there is an old post about this, but this is a new issue/dog near me.
Someone on the dead-end part of Spanish Moss just got a new dog, and they let it out every night to bark non-stop. It starts around 9pm and goes to about 10:30 - 11pm. I have always liked sleeping with my bedroom window open a crack so I can listen to the crickets, but now I can't because my bedroom faces this backyard with said dog.
I am getting really sick of it, and I would like to go and talk to these people, but I don't know that that is a good idea. I don't want to start anything. Last night I found that if I whistle and yell for the damn thing to shutup, it does shutup for a while. I guess that is what I'll have to do. Man, I should live in a trailer park if I have to be yelling out of my window every night.
Dogs shouldn't bark past the noise ordinance hour, right? What is it, 9pm?
