Forest Pond HOA

I was alarmed to see an army tank in my neighborhood as was the rest of he community because the police were called to investigate the matter.  I came home one day to find find that thankfully the monstrosity was being removed, however, the tank was being routed through my yard.  Now i have a huge tank tire mark through my grass that ive been working dilligently to restore.  Is there some recourse i should request/expect in light of this trespass?

Huh?  An Army tank...really.  Did you get pics?  Been in FP for over a decade, and this is a new one.   

The police department was alerted and has spoken to him about this.  I was advised by the police department that he actually purchased this vehicle but he still should not be parking on lawns because it is against the City of Charlotte Ordinance.
