What would you think of picking one thing every month or so, educating ourselves on the topic and then inviting everyone to call in every instance of a particular violation?

For example, couches on the porch, couches in the yard, BarcaLoungers on the porch. It makes our neighborhood look terrible! Or maybe we target grafitti or junk cars. One thing at a time, we take and issue and then report and keep reporting every instance of it till it gets cleared up and folks understand that will not longer be tolerated.

What eyesores do you think we should target?

Excellant idea, how about we target the business community first, then head off into the sensitive world of residences?

Target businesses?

Okay, what types of things would you like to see targeted for businesses?

Help me understand your concerns about reporting junk cars, sofa's on the porch and those types of issues in residences. I just want to understand.

HOOP IN THE STREETS

Is there not an ordinance forbidding basketball and hoops in the streets. I am tired of having to wade through scores of kids playing in the streets and being stared down when I drive by. Misty Valley seems to be the new hang out for future NBA stars. What can we do?
