Lease Offer?

Some of us read the paper and some of us don't so they are right to some degree if that is what they think. However, they probably aren't counting on all the communication going on in the neighborhoods either. That does seem VERY low from what I have been reading. The 25% seems about average but not the $3000! Crazy!

I note that your question was posted in November. I don't remember when I got it but I have received an offer from Holland Paloma for $8,000 per acre. I just saw a draft lease on this site for $5,000 so I feel we should raise that. (To steal a phrase from Mr. T) I pity the fools that signed right away!
