What do you want for our neighborhood? We have had a history of a neighborhood who has sacrificed so other neighborhoods could have their needs met. I think it it time for us to ask for some things for White Lake Hills.

*I would like to see a sidewalk down Bridge Street. This is a safety issue. There are large rocks that can hurt someone as they walk along the street.

*I would like some money set aside for economic development in our neighborhood.

*I would like TXSDOT to edge the grass along Bridge Street.

What are your thoughts? I am sure some of you out there have some good ideas.

Many needs for this area

Are there contacts that you know of for each of these issues?

Is the edging on the Bridge street and Brentwood Stair area done by the State or City? If it is the city the number is 817-392-8100 but I don't know the State #. I have a number that would be helpful I'm sure it is
817-232-1304 it is a State Highway contact that I use for Hwy 35.

The side walk along Bridge Street is very much needed. There is always someone walking along there. I would be afraid if I had to walk that areaor if I knew my kids had to walk that area. It is sad on the Citys part to have left this section of the city without that protection. Do you think Council for that area could get it done. If they have any consideration for one's life they would make it happen. Who is the City Council Member for that area? Are they elected officials?
